1. Who we are
Gibstay PRO is developed and licensed by AM Consulting (Alejandro Munoz Lopez), business licence BL257697, Gibraltar GX11 1AA. We are the data controller for account data. For guest and booking data entered by hosts, the host is the controller and we act as processor.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone, workspace name, role and login details.
- Property data: addresses, access instructions, photos and documents you upload.
- Guest data: names, contact details, stay dates, party size and booking references.
- Billing data: subscription status. Card details are handled by our payment provider, never stored by us.
- Technical data: device, browser and usage logs needed to run and secure the Service.
3. How we use it
To provide the Service, send booking, cleaning and guest emails, process payments, keep accounts secure, provide support and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
4. Legal basis
We rely on contract (to provide the Service), legitimate interests (security and improvement), legal obligation, and consent for optional analytics cookies.
5. Sharing
We use trusted providers for hosting, email delivery and payments, bound by data protection terms. Data may be processed outside Gibraltar with appropriate safeguards.
6. Retention
We keep data while your account is active and for as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes afterwards, then delete or anonymise it.
7. Your rights
Under the Gibraltar GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Contact hello@alexmunoz.digital. You can also complain to the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your choices. Optional analytics cookies are only used with your consent. .
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited by role within each workspace, and guest pages use private links.
