Terms and Conditions

1. Who we are

Gibstay PRO ("the Service") is developed and licensed by AM Consulting (Alejandro Munoz Lopez), business licence BL257697, Gibraltar GX11 1AA. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

Gibstay PRO helps hosts and agencies manage short-let properties: bookings, guest pages, cleaning, maintenance, team members and tourism fee records. Features may change as we improve the product.

3. Your account

• You must give accurate details and keep your password safe.
• You are responsible for everything done through your workspace, including by team members you invite.
• You must be at least 18 and entitled to operate the properties you add.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through our payment provider. Free trials end automatically after the stated period. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refundable unless required by law.

5. Your data and your guests' data

You keep ownership of the data you enter. For guest and booking data you act as the data controller and we process it on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy. You must have a lawful basis to share guest data with us.

6. Tourism fees and compliance

Tourism fee calculations and compliance reminders are provided for record-keeping only. They are not legal or tax advice. You remain responsible for registration, licensing, fee payments and all obligations to the Gibraltar authorities.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, attempt to access other workspaces, send unlawful or unsolicited messages, or upload content you do not have rights to.

8. Licence

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your subscription. The software, brand and content remain the property of AM Consulting.

9. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, AM Consulting is not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue or lost bookings, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend accounts that break these terms or leave invoices unpaid. You may close your account at any time; you can request an export of your data before closure.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar, and the Gibraltar courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
